FAQ

There are no dumb questions, but if there were, they'd be here.

Are there any health benefits?
Yes! Massage often improves circulation, facilitates muscle relaxation and increased awareness, and can be a vessel for co-regulation and processing feelings or memories held in our bodies. I also aim to provide tools and resources for sustainable, longer-lasting change that supports balance and wellbeing.
